​Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling

We aim for the Lagom principle in all that we do. "Lagom" is a Swedish concept that translates to "just the right amount"
or "not too much, not too little," emphasizing balance and moderation in all aspects of life. Help us keep the rules and 
regulations to a minimum by being diligent in attending PLUNJ when you say you're going to! 

 

Non-Members (General Admission):

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – full refund. 

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – no refund. 

• No call/no show – no refund.

SISU Members:

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – no penalty.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – $20 penalty (charged to the card on file).

• No show – $20 penalty.

• Unpaid penalties will result in members unable to book a session until payment is received.

 

LAGOM, Punch Pass

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – session credit refunded.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – loss of session credit.

• No show – loss of session credit.

Buddy Pass:

• Qualifying members may contact us to add as many discounted ($25) Buddy Passes as space is available. Member assumes responsibility for payment. 

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – no penalty.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – $20 penalty, per missing buddy, charged to the member's card on file. 

• No show – $20 penalty, per missing buddy, charged to the member's card on file. 

 

 

Group Bookings:

• All Group Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.

1 Hour Group Session (up to 10 people)

• Cancellation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment – full refund.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment – no refund

• No show – no refund.

 

2 Hour Group Session (up to 15 people)

• Cancellation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment – full refund.

• Cancellation/reschedule/ within 24 hrs. of appointment – no refund.

• No show – no refund.

 

Membership Cancellation:

• Members may cancel their membership online or in-person at any time.

• To avoid being charged for the next month, members must cancel before their membership renews.

• Buddy passes will end on the day of membership cancellation.
