​​​​What to Expect?     ► 60-minute communal session to leave you feeling recharged, relieved, and connected as you transition freely between our facilities that include: - 10+ person, communal dry sauna - 6+ person cold plunge pool - Scandinavian bucket shower - Lounge - Complimentary tea and water - Locker room with private showers, changing areas, toilets. - Towels - A gracious "host" to ensure your session is full of relaxation and rejuvenation.
